The Ergobaby 360 Four Position Carrier has been one of my favorite baby items! It allows for four ergonomic carry positions including front-inward, front-outward, hip, and back. It supports babies from 12-33 lbs but can be used with infants from 7-12 pounds with the use of the Bundle of Joy Infant Insert (included in this set). It has adjustable padded shoulder straps and an extra wide velcro waistband for comfort.
