The Ergobaby 360 Four Position Carrier has been one of my favorite baby items! It’s a four-position baby that allows you to carry your baby in the front-inward, front-outward, hip, and back positions. It supports babies from 12-33 lbs and can be used with infants from 7-12 pounds with the use of the Easy Snug Infant Insert (sold separately).
